Team were friendly and welcoming when I came in for lunch. The restaurant was tidy and all the tables spotless, couldn’t fault the cleanliness! The food was cooked fresh in front of me and tasted all the better for it! Chatted with the manager during this process which defo made me feel all the more welcome during my visit. It’s the small interactions that take a good experience to a great one! Will 1000% be back again!
I went to Five Guys with my bestie yesterday night around 8pm. I love the environment there, it's bright and clean. I was impressed for the excellent service of the staff, Craig, who took the order for us. He was so nice and friendly. The hamburgers and fries were great as usual and I love the milkshake so much. We enjoyed the meal and had a great girls' talk. LOL

Visited the Bracknell store today for lunch. Upon my visit, I was greeted my a young gentleman by the name of Brandon. He was extremely professional & polite.. Showed excellence in customer service & was very efficient in taking our order & providing information on the menu.. Brandon you are an absolute asset to the company.
